The Port Latest – The National Labor Relations Board upheld a 2013 ruling calling for the ILWU to operate more efficiently. The ILWU has appealed the ruling and plans to take it to a higher court. For more information on the reaction of ICTSI and the ILWU to the ruling, click HERE.
